We provide a Document AI platform for data extraction, form processing workflows, and related services that make it easier for people to extract and process information. Business Accounts
If you use the Darmis Services as part of a business, entity, or non-profit (collectively, "Organization") that has an agreement with Darmis Technology LLC, then the terms of that agreement between the Organization and Darmis Technology LLC will supersede this Privacy Notice where the terms overlap.
Changes to This Notice
We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make any changes, we will revise the date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If there are material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you or your Organization more directly by email or post a notice on Darmis's website prior to the changes becoming effective. Regional Information
Darmis Technology LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) for the transfer of personal data we process on behalf of Organizations in Business Accounts. Darmis will also certify to a similar Data Privacy Framework that will be adopted by the UK, known as the UK Extension to the EU-U.S DPF, and Switzerland, known as the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
